Demon Slayer set in Taishou-era Japan where the demon is still exist and there is a secret organization known as Demon Slayer Corps. The Demon Slayer Corps exist to protect humanity from the threats of the demons.
At the peaceful montains, there is kind-hearted Kamado Tanjirou who is supporting his family since the death of his father. They are live happily, until one day after selling the charcoal in the nearby village he found out that his family was slaughtered by demon. His sister, Nezuko is the only survivor of the tragedy but she is turned into a demon. Tanjiro with his sister later joined the Demon Slayer Corps, thus begin his journey to take the revenge against the demon who destroy his family and looking for away to make his sister turned back into a normal human.

Demon Slayer Anime Season 1 aired from 6 April to 28 September on Tokyo MX, GTV, GYT, BS 11 and other consist of 26 episodes. The first season cover the first seven volumes from chapter 1 to 54 of the manga. It was produced by Ufotable with Haruo Sotozaki directed the anime. Yuki Kajiura and Go Shiina are the composer, Akira Matsushima handles the character design and Hikaru Kondo is the producer.

Demon Slayer Anime Season 2 released on 10 October to 28 November 2021 which is the part 1 of the season 2 and consist of seven-episode extended version of Mugen Train arc featured on the movie. The part 2 adapted the Entertainment District arc aired from 5 December 2021 to 13 February 2022 consist of eleven episodes. The season 2 of the anime covers the volume 7 to 11 which is from the chapter 55 to chapter 97. Ufotable is produced the anime again and the staff from the first season returned to work for the second season.
In the first part of second season LiSA performed for both opening theme "Akeboshi" and the ending theme "Shirogane. The ending theme for episode 7 is "Homura". In the second part Aimer performed both for the opening theme "Zankyo Sanka" and the ending theme "Asa ga Kuru".
